Dallas got all three of their goals from Rantanen, while Oettinger stopped 29 out of 31 shots for the win.

Jets vs Stars Prediction

Both of these teams were able to win a game seven to advance to the second round, but Dallas got the 3-2 win in game one. The Stars really didn’t play that well in the game, but Rantanen saved the day with a hat trick in the second period. Winnipeg controlled the pace of the game and had plenty of chances, but their power play went 0-4, which was a huge reason for the loss. On the bright side for Winnipeg, we saw a very good game from Hellebuyck in net and he continues to play well at home in the playoffs. I think we are going to see an even better performance from Winnipeg in this matchup and I think they could run away with it like Colorado did against Dallas in games four and six. Take the Jets here.
