The projected starting goalie for Edmonton is Calvin Pickard, who is 10-4-0 this year with a 2.25 goals against average and a .919 save percentage.

Oilers vs Senators Betting Prediction

Ottawa was able to snap their three game losing streak and pick up a nice win over New Jersey on Saturday, but they have been one of the worst teams in the Eastern Conference this season. Edmonton allowed six goals in their loss to Toronto on Saturday, but they are one of the best teams in the NHL. The Oilers are 19-14-1 on the road, while Ottawa is 18-16-2 at home this year. The Senators have really struggled defensively this season and they have allowed at least five goals in three of their last four games. Ottawa will have their hands full in this game, as Edmonton is scoring over 3.55 goals per game and they have a very solid power play unit. I really don’t trust the Ottawa defense or the backup goaltender, so give me the Oilers to win this game by at least two goals.
