Game Four Recap: Canucks Push Preds To The Brink
The Vancouver Canucks managed to push the Nashville Predators to the brink of elimination, stealing game four on Sunday by a final score of 4-3 in OT. Brock Boeser opened the scoring for the Canucks less than three minutes into the game before Mark Jankowski tied things up at one just 2:39 later. The tie would hold into the second frame where Gustav Nyquist would score the lone goal of the middle frame to put the Preds up 2-1 and Filip Forsberg would score :12 into the 3rd to push Nashville’s advantage to 3-1. But Boeser would pull Vancouver back to within one with 2:49 to go and Colton Sissons had a chance to ice the win for Nashville on an empty-net and hit the post. That would prove costly as Boeser would tie the game with his 3rd goal of the game with :08 to go, and Elias Lindholm would strike 1:02 into the overtime period to give the Canucks the win and head back home up 3-1. Arturs Silovs got the win for the Canucks after stopping 27 of 30 shots faced in the win while Juuse Saros took the loss for Nashville after allowing 4 goals on 21 shots faced in the losing effort.

Vancouver Canucks vs Nashville Predators Prediction
I’m on the Canucks here. I think Nashville’s best shot was in game four to get back, but I think that missed goal on the empty net from Sissons is going to be viewed as the turning point. Vancouver has all of the momentum and heads back home, where they’ve played their best all season long. Give me Vancouver for the gentleman’s sweep here.
