Trends
The Panthers are 12-3 in their last 15 road games and 12-4 in their last 16 overall. The Golden Knights are 20-6 in their last 26 home games and 37-15 in their last 52 overall. The under is 10-3 in Panthers last 13 overall. The over is 4-1 in Golden Knights last 5 overall. The Panthers are 0-7 in the last 7 meetings in Vegas and 3-8 in the last 11 meetings. The home team is 12-2 in the last 14 meetings. The favorite is 5-0 in the last 5 meetings.
Randy’s Pick
The Florida Panthers have proven they can win on the road, and they came back down 3-1 to the Bruins in these playoffs, so I can understand why the plus money is worth a look. However, Vegas has been the more physical, successful team through 4 games and the Panther’s only win came with some last minute magic. This series could easily be over. Also, Matthew Tkachuk is dealing with a shoulder injury and cant log his normal minutes. You can argue the Golden Knights should be steeper favorites. Give me the home team.
Of course, if this is the end, see you folks in a few months for more NHL coverage!
