Washington Capitals vs San Jose Sharks Prediction
I’m on the Capitals here. The Caps are just playing the better hockey by a fair margin right now, and while the Sharks have been able to and will continue to provide value in spots, I don’t think this is one of them. The defense for the Caps at the moment is slightly concerning, but the Capitals are overcoming that with great offense and all of that without Alex Ovechkin is even more impressive in my opinion. The Sharks just don’t have the goaltending to withstand a barrage like what they’re likely going to face here against the Capitals, and I think that Washington wins this one by a couple of goals, so give me the Capitals -1.5 here.
