This is the last game of the regular part of the season, and the top six teams are going into the Championship Round, with Copenhagen being one of those teams. Offensively, Copenhagen is one of the best in the Superligaen, but Midtjylland is much better defensively, and that is the main reason they are at the top. Anything is possible in the Championship round, but I don’t think Copenhagen can catch up to Midtjylland this season.

Randers is a solid Superligaen team, and they are in 7th place in the standings with 35 points, 3 points less than Aalborg on the last spot that leads into the Championship Round, which means that Randers must win here if they want to have a chance to qualify for the Championship Round. Randers hasn’t won any of their last two Superligaen games and has conceded at least one goal in their three last games. In their most recent match in the Superligaen against Hobro at home, Randers was the better team with 56% of ball possession, massive 15 corner kicks, 3 shots on goal, and 76% of accurate passes. Despite being the better team, Randers didn’t use any of their chances and in the end, Randers has lost this game 0-1. Randers was in the Championship Round before the season restarted, but the lack of offense and the focus on the defensive end has cost them that spot, and now it’s too late to turn things around.
