In their last game against Augsburg on the road, Leverkusen was the better team with 58% of ball possession, 5 shots on goal, 4 corner kicks, 3 big chances created, and 85% of the correct passes. This game started great for Leverkusen, and Augsburg has scored 2 own goals in the first 15 minutes. With 2 more scored goals in the second half, Leverkusen has won this game 1-4. Thanks to their great start of the season, Leverkusen is in 2^nd place with 7 points. Schick and Diaby have each scored 2 goals for Bayer Leverkusen so far this season. Fosu-Mensah, Tapsoba, Baumgartlinger, and Gedikli are all injured. Even after selling some of their best players, Leverkusen is looking really well, and I hope they can stay consistent this season.

After winning their season opener, Borussia has gone on a 2-game losing streak, but they were able to bounce back just before the international break. It was a game against Hoffenheim at home that Borussia has won, and they have had 59% of ball possession, impressive 13 shots on goal, 4 corner kicks, 3 big chances created, and 86% of the correct passes. Borussia was leading twice in this game, but Hoffenheim kept coming back. Fortunately for Borussia, they have scored a goal in the 91^st minute, and they have won this match 3-2. Borussia is in 5^th place, but their defense is once again terrible, and that is something they need to fix soon. Haaland has already scored 3 goals for Borussia Dortmund, while Reyna added 2 goals. Haaland has also added 3 assists. Morey, Zagadou, Schulz, Can, Hazard, Reyna, and Tigges are all injured for Borussia, and some of these players will be missed. Offensively, Borussia is probably one of the best teams in Europe, but their defense is keeping them away from the title, and it probably will once again.
