The big story for this team all year has been inconsistency and they had a massive collapse in their last game. Leicester City gave up a goal in the 95th and 97th minute to Tottenham and that led to the one goal defeat. Leicester City has scored 33 goals this year while their defense has given up 36 goals. Jamie Vardy has been the top player this season but he is still out with injury. James Maddison has been strong too, scoring six goals and adding three assists. 

On the other side of this matchup is Brighton who sits in 9th place in the standings having picked up 29 points. Each of the last two games for Brighton has ended in 1-1 draws. Adam Webster scored a goal in the 60th minute against Chelsea and that was enough to pick up a point. Brighton has scored 22 goals total while their defense has given up 22 goals total. Neal Maupay has been the top player for Brighton scoring seven goals and adding an assist. There are three different players who have scored at least four goals. 

I don’t think Leicester City is going to magically bounce back from their terrible loss in the last game against Tottenham Hotspur.
