AFC Bournemouth and Everton face off on Saturday in an English Premier League showdown at Vitality Stadium. These two teams just faced off in the EFL Cup on Tuesday, and it was AFC Bournemouth that secured the 4-1 victory.

Jamal Lowe opened up the scoring in the 7th minute and AFC Bournemouth never looked back as they cruised to the victory. Bournemouth had 41 percent of the possession and seven shots on target. Everton had 59 percent of the possession and two shots on target.

Everton comes into this game sitting in 16th place in the group having picked up 14 points. Last Saturday, Everton faced off against Leicester City, and that game ended in a 2-0 defeat. Everton had 48 percent of the possession, but they only managed two shots on goal. They allowed Leicester City to have eight shots on goal. Everton didn’t have their top lineup on Tuesday, and it’s expected they are going to make plenty of changes here to the lineup. Dominic Calvert-Lewin is still dealing with an injury, and he’s not going to be able to go in this game.

AFC Bournemouth sits in 17th place in the group having picked up 13 points. Last Saturday, AFC Bournemouth faced off against Leeds United, and that game ended in a 4-3 defeat. At one point, AFC Bournemouth was up 3-1, but they gave up three goals after the 60th minute and that led to the one-goal defeat. Lloyd Kelly is still dealing with an injury, and he’s not going to be able to go in this game.

Everton’s offense is an issue, and it’s going to be an issue again in this game, to score. I’m not sure AFC Bournemouth is going to score three or four goals again, but they will score a goal or two and that is going to be the difference as they are going to get the job done. Back AFC Bournemouth on the money line to cash.
