Erling Haaland scored two goals, and continued his big season. Manchester City only had four shots on goal. Manchester City played a midweek game against Dortmund. Haaland is a bit banged up heading into this game, but it’s still expected he will be healthy to play in this game. With so many big games coming up for Man City and the World Cup a month away, there is a chance they could decide to hold him out. Joao Cancelo is dealing with an illness but might be able to go in this game.

On the other side of this matchup is Leicester City, who sits in 17th place in the standings having picked up 11 points. After a terrible start to the season, Leicester City has played better as of late. In the last game against the Wolves, Leicester City scored four goals on the way to victory. Leicester City had 39 percent of the possession and only four shots on goal, but it was still a dominant victory. James Maddison and Jamie Vardy scored goals in the second half. Leicester City are expected to get a big boost with Wilfred Ndidi returning to the team this week from injury. 

I think Manchester City could hold out Haaland here, and this is a Leicester City that suddenly has confidence. James Maddison and Vardy are in good form coming into this game, and getting Ndidi back is a big boost. Leicester City might not get the win, but I think they will at least force a draw.
