Tottenham Hotspur and Everton face off on Saturday in an English Premier League showdown at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. When these two teams faced off on May 7th it was Tottenham that secured the 5-0 victory.

Tottenham comes into this game sitting in 3rd place in the standings having picked up 20 points. Tottenham faced off against Brighton last Saturday, and they were able to secure a 1-0 victory. Harry Kane scored in the 22nd minute. Tottenham played a midweek game against Eintracht Frankfurt, and they were able to secure a 3-2 victory. Dejan Kulusevski is expected to be back for this game and that is a big boost for the team. Ivan Perišić also might move into the starting line.

On the other side of this matchup is Everton, who sits in 12th place in the standings having picked up 10 points. Everton’s last game came against Manchester United, and they were defeated 2-1. Alex Iowbi scored in the 5th minute for Everton to take the lead. They gave up goals in the 15th and the 44th minute and that led to the defeat. Everton only had 39 percent of the possession and two shots on target. Calvert-Lewin finally got his first action in the last game, and he should be involved in this game in at least some form. Ben Godfrey, Andros Townsend, and Nathan Patterson are all still injured and won’t be able to go in this game.

I think Everton is going to put up a fight in this game, but i just don’t think they have enough offense to get the job done here. Tottenham is going to score at least two goals here and that will be enough to get the job done. Back Tottenham Hotspur on the money line.
