Brentford is hosting Tottenham at Brentford Community Stadium in round 34 of the English Premier League. Brentford has been playing really well as of late, they are on a 3-game winning streak, and they are scoring a lot of goals. Tottenham has also been playing really well, they have been playing much better on both ends, but they have lost their last game.

By winning 5 of their last 6 games, Brentford has become one of the EPL teams in great form, possibly even in the best form right now. During their 3-game winning streak, Brentford has scored 8 goals while conceding only 2 goals, and they have kept 1 clean sheet. Thanks to this amazing streak, Brentford is now in 12th place, which is still pretty far away from the European spot, but they are also far away from the relegation zone. There are teams in the EPL who are far worse than Brentford when it comes to scoring goals. Of the 41 goals Brentford has scored, Toney has 12 to his name so far this season. Mbeumo has added 7 assists. There are a few injuries in Brentford, but they can handle it. Brentford will stay in the EPL, but we will see how many players they will lose before the next season starts, and if they can do more or at least as much next season.

Tottenham was on a nice 4-game winning streak, but they screwed it all up against Brighton a few days ago. Tottenham hasn’t done well in that game, they haven’t created a lot of chances, but they have conceded a goal in the 90th minute. Tottenham has lost this match 0-1. Despite this loss, Tottenham is still in 4th place with 57 points, which is the Champions League spot, but Arsenal is right there behind them. Kane and Son have been lighting it up again this season, and Son is actually the leading goalscorer for Tottenham with 17 goals, while Kane has added 12 goals and 9 assists. Of all the teams fighting for that Champions League spot, Tottenham has the easiest schedule, but it will be easy only if they can play as they played a couple of weeks ago. Tottenham is a fantastic team, they are doing a great job under Conte, and I think they will be even better next season.

Tottenham has always beaten Brentford in the past, and honestly, I’m leaning towards there here as well. Brentford is in excellent form, and I think they will score here, but so will Tottenham.
