In the second half, Crystal Palace disappeared from the pitch, and they ended up losing this game 3-2. Fortunately for Palace, they are far from the relegation zone, and that loss hasn’t affected their position in the standings. Crystal Palace has been decent on both ends with 49 scored goals and 46 conceded goals, which was enough for them to stay in the EPL for next season as well. Zaha has been leading Palace with 13 goals, while Olise added 5 assists. Gallagher has also had a fantastic season with 8 goals and 3 assists, and he was one of the best young players in the EPL this season. Palace was hoping for more this season, but they did what they needed, and that is to stay in the EPL.

United has won only 2 of their last 9 games while losing to Brighton 4-0 in their latest EPL game. It’s not often that United doesn’t qualify for the Champions League, but this is one of those seasons. United already has the head coach lined up for next season, and that is Erik ten Haag, an outstanding coach from Ajax. There will also be a bunch of changes in their roster, and that is a good thing because they were not a good thing this season. Ronaldo is the leading goalscorer for United with 18 goals this season, but he will probably not be in the lineup for this game. Fernandes added 10 goals and 6 assists, while Pogba who is their leading assistant with 9 goals will be leaving the club for free to Juventus. United also has a few injuries, but nothing too terrible. As I’ve mentioned, United could use a win here to stay in the Europa League spot, otherwise, they might end up in the Conference League, and that is below the club of their stature.

The trends are heavily on United’s side in this matchup, and they are actually favorites in this game. United is the team with more quality here, but Crystal Palace is in better form. I will take goals, on both sides.
