I gotta admit, it’s nice to see Fiorentina this high in the standings, but I think that will go away once they sell Vlahovic, and they will see him, if not in January, he will be gone in the summer.

Sassuolo might be undefeated in their last 5 games, but they have conceded at least 1 goal in each of those games, and their defense is preventing them from having an even better season. Berardi is the leading goalscorer for Sassuolo with 8 goals, and they have a lot more depth in the attacking end than Fiorentina does. With 23 points, Sassuolo is now in 11^th place, but the Europa League spot is still pretty far from the. I think this winter break has come at the wrong time for Sassuolo because they are in good form, and you never want to go on a break when you are playing well. Sassuolo is an average team in Serie A, and I think we can expect them somewhere in the middle of the table at the end of this season.
