Juventus vs. Inter 4/3/22 Serie A Soccer Pick, Predictions, and Odds

Juventus and Inter are clashing at Allianz Stadium in Derby d’Italia of round 31 in the Italian Serie A. Juventus have joined the title race in Serie A, and if they can keep winning, they might get even closer. Inter has gambled a lot of points lately, and because of that, they have dropped to 3^rd place.

With 59 points, Juventus is now in 4^th place in the Serie A standings, which is 7 points less than Milan has at the top of the table. Defensively, Juventus is solid, but two other teams in the top 4 are better than them. When it comes to scoring goals, Juventus was not doing great for most of the season, but with the arrival of Vlahovic, that has improved and they have now scored 47 goals in 30 games. Juventus is also playing in the Coppa Italia where they will face Fiorentina in a couple of weeks. Of those 47 goals, Morata and Dybala have each scored 8, while Dybala has also added 5 assists. Injuries are a bit of a problem for Juventus, but nothing they can’t handle. I think Juventus will need a lot of luck to get close to the title, but there will be a team reconstruction this summer, and we will see how they will look then.

As I’ve mentioned, Inter has lost a lot of points lately, they have only 2 wins in their last 6 games, and one of those was in the Champions League. Thanks to a series of bad results, Inter has dropped to 3^rd place where they have 60 points, 62 scored goals, and only 24 conceded goals. Inter is the best offensive team in the league, but that offense has been failing to produce much lately. Martinez has scored 14 goals for Inter so far this season, while Dzeko has added 12 goals. Fortunately for Inter, they don’t have any major injuries. Over the course of this season, Inter was working on new contracts for some of their key players, and they succeeded, which will relieve a lot of pressure from the management. Another good news for Inter is they have a game in hand, which means that difference between them and Milan could be a bit smaller soon. In the Coppa Italia, Inter is playing against Milan in a couple of weeks. Inter has a lot of work left to do this season, but they are definitely good enough to come back to the top.

This is the biggest derby in Italy, and they are pretty much always exciting. With both teams in excellent form, I see a lot of chances. Honestly, Inter can’t afford not to get points here, and for that, they will need a goal. I will take btts here.
