Milan vs. Lazio

Milan and Lazio are clashing at San Siro in a derby match of round 3 of the Italian Serie A. Milan are now on a 3-game winning streak, while not losing any of their last 4 games, and losing only 1 of their last 7 games. Lazio has started this season with 2 nice wins while scoring impressive 9 goals in those 2 games.
Milan is in great form, they are getting Ibrahimovic back, and their defense has looked surprisingly well so far this season. At the start of the Champions League next week, Milan will be playing against Liverpool on the road. In their game against Cagliari at home just before the international break, Milan was a much better team with 57% of ball possession, 5 shots on goal, 8 corner kicks, 4 big chances created, and a high 90% of the correct passes. Milan was a better team, and they have deservedly won this game 4-1. Giroud has scored 2 goals for Milan so far this season, but he will miss this game because of an injury. Leao, Diaz, and Tonali have each added 1 goal for Milan so far. It’s been a while since Milan has played in the Champions League, but I think they are a good team, and I think they will certainly be hard to beat in that competition.
Under the new coach, Lazio has looked amazing so far, they are undefeated since the preseason has started, and they are on a 2-game winning streak in Serie A. in their last game against Spezia at home, Lazio was the dominant team with 61% of ball possession, impressive 10 shots on goal, 4 corner kicks, 4 big chances created, and high 91% of the correct passes. This game was basically over in the first half when Lazio got 3-1 ahead, and when Spezia conceded a red card in the second half, Lazio scored 3 more goals, and it was definitely over. Lazio has deservedly won this match 6-1. Even though he is playing like crap for Italy, Immobile has scored 4 goals for Lazio in these 2 games. There are no injuries or suspensions in Lazio at the moment. With these two wins, Lazio has shown us they are ready to take on Inter for the title, and if they can keep their form this good, Lazio will certainly be in the title run for most of the season.
This is one of the biggest derbies in Italy, and with both teams in excellent form, I think this one will be great. Honestly, this one could go either way, but it could also end in a draw because both teams are playing in Europe next week, and for that reason, I will take the draw.
