I know I said Napoli is struggling with scoring goals, which doesn’t look like it’s true because they scored 8 goals in 3 games, but they barely scored 2 against Venezia and only 2 against Bologna. With 52 points, Napoli is in 2^nd place, and they are now only 1 point behind Inter, and this is their chance to take over the top of the table. Defensively, Napoli is solid, the best in the leading with only 16 conceded goals, while they scored 45 goals, which is an average of almost 2 scored goals per game. Lozano and Tuanzebe are the only two injured players for Napoli at this time. Mertens is still the leading goalscorer for Napoli with 7 goals, while Osimhen added 6 goals. Insigne has added 5 goals and 5 assists. There is a big game for Napoli ahead, the one against Barcelona in the Europa League next week, and luckily for them, they are in good enough form to win that game.

After losing to Milan in Derby Della Madonnina last weekend, Inter has bounced back nicely by beating Roma in Coppa Italia. In that game against Milan, Inter was great in the first half, they scored a goal, and everything looked good for them. In the second half, Inter disappeared, they fell apart, and Milan was able to score 2 goals and to win that game 1-2. Despite that loss, Inter is still at the top of the table with 53 points, but the pressure from behind is strong because both Napoli and Milan are just 1 point behind. Correa, Gosens, and Bastoni are all still injured. Martinez is leading Inter with 11 scored goals, while Dzeko added 9 goals. Calhanoglu has 8 assists. Inter is also playing in the Champions League next week, and they are facing Liverpool at home, but they will need to play their best game of the season to beat them. I think Inter might give a rest to some of their players, but they can’t risk too much because they might lose the top spot, and never get it back.

Inter has been outstanding on the road so far this season, but Napoli is in great form, and they are strong at home. I hope this won’t be another 0-0 draw, and I hope it will be a great game filled with a lot of chances and goals.
