On Friday, PSG faced off against Ajaccio and the game ended in a 3-0 draw. Kylian Mbappé scored in the 24th and 82nd minutes. PSG had 65 percent of the possession and six shots on target. Sergio Romas and Neymar both missed the last game because of suspension, but they will both be back for this game. Marco Verrati will be suspension for this game, though.
On the other side of this matchup is Maccabi Haifa, who sits in 4th place in the group having picked up three points. Maccabi Haifa’s last Champions League came against Juventus, and the game ended in a 2-0 victory. Over the weekend they played against H Kiryat Shmona, and they were able to secure a 3-2 victory. Suf Podgoreanu is dealing with a hamstring injury, and he won’t be able to go in this game.
PSG won the last game over Maccabi Haifa 3-1, and they are going to find success again in this game. Maccabi Haifa’s offense is going to really struggle again in this game, and their defense is going to give up at least two goals. This will be another comfortable victory for PSG. Back PSG -1.5.
