Wolves vs Manchester United 8/29/21 Premier League Soccer Pick, Odds, and Predictions

The Wolves and Manchester United face off on Sunday in an English Premier League showdown at Molineux Stadium. 

The big news for Manchester United heading into this game is the signing of Cristiano Ronaldo who should be a game-changer for this team soon, but it probably won’t be in this game. Manchester United opened up their season with a victory over Leeds United 5-1. In the second game, Manchester United’s offense wasn’t as strong, which led to the 1-1 draw. Bruno Fernandes was the top player in the first game putting three goals in the back of the net. The defense at times has shown issues, something they are going to need to be better at in this game. 

On the other side of this matchup is the Wolverhampton Wanderers who have gotten out to a slow start to the season. To open the season, Leicester City were able to beat the Wolves 1-0. In the second game, it was much of the same as the Wolves lost to Tottenham Hotspur 1-0. The Wolves actually had 25 shots, and six shots on goal in the last game, but they couldn’t breakthrough with a goal. The Wolves need to do more with their chances in this game, or they will be shut out for the third straight game. 

The Wolves defense has been pretty good to start the season, and that will be the case on Sunday. Manchester United will score a goal or two, but that will be it. Look for this game to have two goals max, and the under will cash.
