In the victory, Zverev won 89 percent of his first serve points and 60 percent of his second serve points. Zverev won 80 percent of his total service points and converted on two of his eight break points. Zverev didn’t face a single break point in the victory that took an hour and a half to complete. Zverev has won at least three matches in three of his last five tournaments. Zverev looks to make his 13th career Masters 1000 semifinal and second in Miami. Zverev has won three of his last four matches on hard court. 

Zverev won both meetings against Ruud in straight sets. The matches took place last year in Paris and Cincinnati. 

Zverev is coming off a service clinic where he won 80 percent of his total service points, and that’s enough to like him here when you consider how two matches against Ruud went last year. Zverev won both matches in straight sets, and they both took place on hard court. We shouldn’t expect anything different here.
