It is hard to know what to expect from this match, as both players can be either very good, or very poor. They have shown signs of turning it around lately though, and Tiafoe in particular is capable of some world-class tennis. Monteiro is a solid player but has been in very poor form lately, so there is no way that bettors should back him here. While Tiafoe is inconsistent, he still has massive upside and tends to save his best tennis for US soil, and he will be looking forward to putting on a show for the fans here and at the US Open.
