Ismael Massoud has 10.7 PPG with 7.3 RPG in three games so far this year to cap off the scoring in double figures for Georgetown so far this season. Jay Heath also has 9.8 PPG with 3.2 RPG and 2.8 APG as well this season. As a team, Georgetown is averaging 77.8 PPG on 45.5% shooting from the field, 36.7% from three and 68% from the foul line this season. Georgetown is 5-4 in the Big East with the same record as Seton Hall.

Coppin State vs. Georgetown Prediction

I’m backing Georgetown here. I don’t love Georgetown necessarily, but the Hoyas are just the far more trustworthy offense in a battle between two inefficient defenses. The Hoyas hit the offensive glass harder, they take and make better shots and are solid from behind the arc, an area that Coppin State really struggles to defend. I think that Georgetown comes out with some purpose here and takes advantage of a spot to beat down on a much lesser opponent here. Give me Georgetown here.
