The Seattle Seahawks and the San Francisco 49ers meet Sunday at Levi’s Stadium in a NFL meeting. Seattle just finished up against the Vikings in their last outing. The Seahawks ended up falling by 13 points in that one. As for the 49ers, they played the Packers in week three, falling by just two points in a rough loss. Seattle began their year against a sketchy Colts team, posting 21 first-half points in a 28-16 road win. The Seahawks ran into some trouble against the Titans in week two, however. Seattle gave up 14 fourth-quarter points during an eventual 33-30 loss in overtime.

In week three versus the Vikings, the Seahawks couldn’t keep up. Seattle went scoreless in the second half, losing the game 30-17. QB Russell Wilson finished with 298 yards and a score, while Chris Carson led the rush on 80 yards and a TD off 12 carries.

Over on the Niners’ side, they got their offense going quickly in game one versus the Lions, scoring 31 first-half points in a nice 41-33 win. San Francisco was able to hold off the Eagles in week two as well, winning 17-11 to start the year at 2-0.

Last weekend august Green Bay San Fransisco suffered their first loss. The 49ers posted 21 points in the second half but it wasn’t enough in a 30-28 defeat. QB Jimmy Garoppolo managed 257 yards with two scores and an interception; Trey Sermon had 31 rush yards with a TD.

The Seahawks are 11-4 ATS in their last 15 as an underdog and 3-7 ATS in their last 10 versus the NFC West. Seattle is also 1-4 ATS in their last five overall.

Meanwhile, the Niners are 4-1 ATS in their last five versus the NFC West and 3-7 ATS in their last 10 on grass. San Francisco is 10-26-1 ATS in their last 37 as a favorite as well.

PICK: I’m probably sticking with the 49ers at home, but staying away. San Francisco had a sufficient enough offensive output last weekend, but they were done in by a handful of mistakes. The Niners allowed four sacks and also turned the ball over twice.

As for Seattle, they gave up 453 yards and 28 first downs to the Vikings last weekend and were completely shut down in the second half. I like this one to be a close game, with San Francisco taking the cover on a late defensive stand.
