The Norfolk State Spartans have a clear edge defensively in this contest and seem to be getting better as the season drags out, which includes topping 80 points in each of their last four games. We're not being asked to lay anything crazy here. I'll take my chances with the Norfolk State Spartans and the reasonable chalk.
