The American Eagles and the Duquesne Dukes meet in college basketball action from UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse on Sunday afternoon.
The American Eagles will be out to bounce back from a 98-67 win over UMBC last time out. I get the case that could be made for American and the points, but I still have some PTSD from backing the Eagles against Georgetown earlier this season, a game that the Eagles were doing well in before absolutely crumbling. Just one of multiple performances of American’s on the road were the Eagles were just blown out. Duquesne doesn’t normally blow teams away, but they’re the much better defensive team here and should be able to pull away in the second half.
