The Tulane Green Wave and the Cincinnati Bearcats meet in college hoops action from the Fifth Third Arena on Saturday night.

The Tulane Green Wave come into this game looking to add to their 85-84 upset win over Memphis last time out. Jalen Cook leads Tulane in scoring with 19.7 PPG along with 3.3 APG while Jaylen Forbes has 15.4 PPG with 4.5 RPG and Kevin Cross has 14 PPG with team-highs of 5.2 RPG and 3.7 APG to lead the Green Wave in rebounding and assists and to cap off the trio of double-digit scorers for Tulane so far this season. As a team, Tulane is averaging 73.4 PPG on 45.3% shooting from the field, 36.5% from three and 70.4% from the foul line while allowing 73.7 PPG on 43.1% shooting from the field and 34.3% from three this season.

The Cincinnati Bearcats will try to build on a 76-67 win over Tennessee Tech last time out. David DeJulius leads the Bearcats in scoring with 12.5 PPG while Jeremiah Davenport has 12.4 PPG with 4.7 RPG as the only other double-digit scorer for Cincinnati up to this point in the season. Mike Saunders has 9.5 PPG with 2.7 APG while Mika Adams-Woods has a team-high 3.6 APG and Viktor Lakhin has a team-high 5.2 RPG as well this season to lead the Bearcats on the boards. As a team, Cincinnati is averaging 70.8 PPG on 42.3% shooting from the field, 29.3% from three and 67% from the foul line while allowing 60 PPG on 37.2% from the field and 27.4% from three this season.

Tulane is 1-4 ATS in their last 5 Saturday games and 7-25 ATS in their last 32 road games following three or more consecutive home games while the over is 4-0 in their last 4 games overall. Cincinnati is 1-5-1 ATS in their last 7 games overall and 3-1-2 ATS in their last 6 home games against a team with a losing road record while the under is 5-1 in their last 6 home games.

The Green Wave getting a win over Memphis was a nice sign from Tulane that they’re going to put up a fight, but I don’t know if that result was more Tulane winning, or Memphis losing, as the Tigers have been terrible for much of the season. Cincinnati’s not the same dominant Cincinnati team we’ve been used to seeing, but they’re still a really good team that’s solid at home and has been winning and covering their games at home as of late. I’ll side with Cincinnati in a double-digit win.
