I get the allure of a low line with East Carolina at home, but this line almost feels like they’re begging you to take East Carolina at home. Tulane doesn’t have a pretty record, but they already have bagged a couple of conference wins over two of the higher-tier AAC teams this season in Memphis and Cincinnati and I just think that this is a spot where I will try my hand with Tulane to keep it going.
