The Morgan State Bears and the Norfolk State Spartans meet Monday in college basketball action from Joseph Echols Hall. Morgan State enters this one at 6-9 overall. The Bears lost to Howard in their last game. As for Norfolk State, they’re 13-4 and coming off a win over Coppin State.
