I get the case to be made either way here, but I like the value of the points with the Rams in this one. Penn State has had a solid win over Furman and narrowly lost to Virginia Tech, but the Rams have had the most dominant performance of the two here in dominating South Carolina. I think this is a spot where if Penn State wins, they win by 2 or 3 points. I’ll take Colorado State and the points here.
