Week 2 of the college football season is here and there is a ton of value across the board. Let’s take a look at a couple of college football parlays to make your Saturday a profitable one.
Eastern Michigan Eagles, Minnesota Golden Gophers under 48.5 -110 / Houston Cougars -9.5 -110 // $10 bet pays $26.45
The Eastern Michigan Eagles and Minnesota Golden Gophers are going to be involved in a low scoring game. The strength of this Gophers team is the defense and in the first game against Nebraska, they gave up only 10 points. The only touchdown was scored on a trick play and the defense had three interceptions. The Gophers should be able to score against Eastern Michigan but in the first game they couldn’t get the running game going, and that will be a focal point. With the running game that will burn the clock and they aren’t going to be scoring 35 or 40 points here. Back the under to cash here.
The Houston Cougars are going to beat the Rice Owls by a couple of touchdowns here. Rice in the first game faced off against the Texas Longhorns and they were defeated 37-10. JT Daniels is the Rice quarterback and it’s been quite the fall since being a five star recruit. Against Texas he threw two interceptions and he will continue to turnover the ball against a Houston defense that is good. This is going to be an easy victory for Houston. Back the Cougars against the spread.
Colorado Buffaloes ML -145 / Washington State Cougars ML +190 // $10 bet pays $39
The Colorado Buffaloes have value in this game as the favorite. Jeff Sims is the quarterback for Nebraska and he really struggled in the first game against Minnesota. He struggles with his decision making. The Colorado defense isn’t elite, but in this game, I expect they are going to fill the box and make Sims pass the ball. Sims passing the ball isn’t good for Nebraska, and Colorado is going to get the job done. Back the Buffaloes on the money line.
The Washington State Cougars are going to find success in this game. Tanner Mordecai didn’t look in his first game of the season for the Wisconsin Badgers against the Buffalo Bills. Cameron Ward looked impressive in the first game throwing three touchdowns and he’s going to have a big game here. Washington State is going to secure the win because of the quarterback play.
