I get the case to be made for the Jaguars after looking really good in their debut, but the Chips just took it to the Oklahoma State Cowboys, albeit in a losing effort. Granted, the Chips didn’t show up for much of the first half and maybe OK State coasted in the second half, but the Chippewas still had to execute and they’re going to be a team to watch with Jim McElwain patrolling the sidelines. I need to see more from the Jaguars before trusting them to go shot for shot with CMU in a game lined at just one score. Give me the Chippewas laying the points here.
