The 2025 3M Open will be played at TPC Twin Cities in Blaine, Minnesota. TPC Twin Cities is a par 71 that measures approximately 7,431 yards.

Will the 3M Open have a traditional cut after two rounds?
The 2025 3M Open will have a field of 156 players to start the tournament on Thursday. Upon the completion of two rounds, a cut will occur. The top 65 golfers (including ties) will make the cut.

3M Open Draftkings DFS Picks
Jake Knapp $8,900
Jake Knapp arrives at this week’s tournament on the heels of three consecutive top 22 finishes on the PGA Tour, including a fourth-place result at the 2025 Rocket Classic four weeks ago.
Due to Jake Knapp’s quality finish at the 2025 Rocket Classic I decided to take a hard look at the relevant player statistics for the event to determine how Knapp fared relative to the field.
Upon the completion of four rounds of competitive play at the 2025 Rocket Classic, in relation to the field, Jake Knapp ranked second in driving distance (332.5), tenth in GIR (greens in regulation-80.3%), tenth in total birdies made (23) and sixth in bogey avoidance (4).
In summary, I fully expect Jake Knapp to continue his outstanding play at this week’s 2025 3M Open.
Maverick McNealy $10,300
The talented American has tallied four top 23 finishes in his last five events played on the PGA Tour, including a fifth-place result at the 2025 Memorial Tournament in May.
McNealy has posted a quality result at TPC Twin Cities in the past. McNealy finished third at the 2024 3M Open.
Davis Thompson $8,800
Davis Thompson has accumulated two top 25 finishes in his last four tournaments played on the PGA Tour, including an 18th place result at the 2025 John Deere Classic earlier this month.
What did we learn from the data just presented? Clearly, Davis Thompson is playing at a high-level entering this week’s PGA Tour event. With that said, I fully expect that trend to continue in Minnesota later this week.
Sami Valimaki $7,000
Since the beginning of April, Sami Valimaki has played ten events on the PGA Tour. In those ten tournaments just noted, Valimaki amassed five top 19 finishes, including an impressive seventh-place result at the 2025 Myrtle Beach Classic.
