October 25, 2025 9:00 am EDT
This Saturday morning, Draftkings golf fans will be presented with the third round of the 2025 Bank of Utah Championship. Let’s take a look at the third round of this tournament from a DFS perspective.
Before I discuss my Draftkings third round picks for this week’s event let’s review where the 2025 Bank of Utah Championship will be played.
Where will the 2025 Bank of Utah Championship be played?
The 2025 Bank of Utah Championship will be played at the Black Desert Resort in Ivins, Utah. The golf course is a par 71 that measures approximately 7,371 yards.
Matt McCarty won the 2024 Bank of Utah Championship with a cumulative four round score of 23 under par.
*I wanted to emphasize that the purpose of this article is not to provide an exact DFS lineup.
Having stated that, this article will provide multiple player options in an effort to assist the reader in generating a unique lineup that will hopefully have the potential to win a DraftKings GPP (guaranteed prize pool) contest! Keep that in mind as you construct your lineups for this DFS slate.
For those readers that are not aware, the rules and scoring for DraftKings single round showdown contests are vastly different than the traditional classic contests offered by the platform.
If you need to review the specific rules for the single round showdown contests feel free to check out the DraftKings website.
Here are my DraftKings picks for the third round of the 2025 Bank of Utah Championship.
Draftkings Third Round Picks
Kurt Kitayama $10,000
Since the beginning of July, Kurt Kitayama has played seven events on the PGA Tour. In those seven tournaments just mentioned, Kitayama amassed five top 20 finishes, including a win at 2025 3M Open in July.
Matt McCarty $9,200
The talented American has amassed two top 14 finishes in his last three tournaments played on the PGA Tour, including an eighth place result at the 2025 Wyndham Championship in August.
It is noteworthy that Matt McCarty has played well at the Black Desert Resort in the past. More specifically, McCarty won the 2024 Bank of Utah Championship.
Max Homa $8,400
Max Homa has accumulated two top 19 finishes in his last three events played on the PGA Tour, including an 18th place result at the 2025 Sanderson Farms Championship earlier this month.
Mac Meissner $8,200
Three weeks ago, Mac Meissner fired a final round 69 at the 2025 Sanderson Farms Championship en route to an eventual 14th place finish. Meissner also finished 25th at the 2024 Bank of Utah Championship.
Takumi Kanaya $7,700
Takumi Kanaya arrives at this week’s event on the heels of four consecutive top 23 finishes (PGA and Japan Tours combined), including a win at the 2025 Ana Open four weeks ago.
Sam Ryder $7,500
Sam Ryder has compiled two top 20 finishes in his last four tournaments played on the PGA Tour, including a 20th place result at the 2025 Baycurrent Classic two weeks ago.
Greyson Sigg $7,200
Greyson Sigg has accumulated two top 21 finishes in his last three events played on the PGA Tour, including a 19th place result at the 2025 Procore Championship. Additionally, Sigg finished 11th at the 2024 Bank of Utah Championship.
In conclusion, I fully expect Greyson Sigg will continue his quality play in tomorrow’s third round of the 2025 Bank of Utah Championship.
Additional golfers I like to perform well in tomorrow’s third round of the 2025 Bank of Utah Championship (Draftkings price noted): Kevin Yu $9,700: Rico Hoey $9,400: Max McGreevy $7,400: Ben Silverman $6,500.
