2025 Mexico Open at Vidanta Draftkings Picks

Akshay Bhatia $10,700

Last week, Akshay Bhatia fired a final round 67 at the 2025 Genesis Invitational en route to an eventual ninth place finish.

It is noteworthy that Akshay Bhatia has posted a quality result at this week’s PGA Tour event in the past. More specifically, Bhatia finished fourth at the 2023 Mexico Open at Vidanta.

Michael Kim $9,200

The talented American has compiled two top 13 finishes in his last three tournaments played on the PGA Tour, including an impressive second-place result at the 2025 Waste Management Phoenix Open two weeks ago.

Due to Michael Kim’s quality result at the 2025 Waste Management Phoenix Open I decided to take a hard look at the relevant player statistics for the event to determine how Kim fared relative to the field.

Upon the completion of four rounds of competitive play at the 2025 Waste Management Phoenix Open, in relation to the field, Michael Kim ranked 17th in putting average (1.732), 20th in driving accuracy (58.9%), fourth in GIR (greens in regulation-77.8%) and first in bogey avoidance (1).

In summary, I fully expect Michael Kim to continue his outstanding play at this week’s 2025 Mexico Open at Vidanta.

Taylor Moore $9,000

Taylor Moore has accumulated three top 22 finishes in his last three tournaments played on the PGA Tour, including a seventh-place result at the 2025 American Express last month.

Alex Smalley $8,700

Since the beginning of January, Alex Smalley has played four tournaments on the PGA Tour. In those four events just mentioned, Smalley amassed three top 21 finishes, including an 11th place result at the 2025 Sony Open seven weeks ago.

Similar to Akshay Bhatia, Alex Smalley has posted a quality result at the Mexico Open in the past. More specifically, Smalley finished sixth at the 2022 Mexico Open at Vidanta.

Kevin Yu $8,800

Kevin Yu arrives at this week’s event on the heels of two consecutive top 17 finishes on the PGA Tour, including a 17th place result at last week’s 2025 Genesis Invitational.

Additional golfers I like to perform well at this week’s Mexico Open at Vidanta (Draftkings price noted): Greyson Sigg $8,000: Beau Hossler $9,100: Jesper Svensson $7,600: Kris Ventura $7,300.
