This Sunday morning, Draftkings golf fans will be presented with the final round of the 2025 Genesis Scottish Open. Let’s take a look at the first round of this tournament from a DFS perspective.

Before I discuss my Draftkings player selections for this week’s PGA Tour event let’s review where the final round of the 2025 Genesis Scottish Open will be played.

The 2025 Genesis Scottish Open will be played at the Renaissance Club in North Berwick, East Lothian, Scotland. The golf course is a par 70 that measures approximately 7,237 yards.

The Renaissance Club has been the host golf course for the Genesis Scottish Open since 2019.

Robert MacIntyre won the 2024 Genesis Scottish Open with a cumulative four round score of 18 under par.

I wanted to emphasize that the purpose of this article is not to provide an exact DFS lineup.

Here are my DraftKings picks for the final round of the 2025 Genesis Scottish Open.

Draftkings Final Round Picks

Rory McIlroy $11,000

Since the beginning of January, Rory McIlroy has played 12 tournaments (PGA and DP World Tours combined). In those nine events just mentioned, McIlroy compiled nine top 19 finishes, including three wins (2025 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am: 2025 Players Championship: 2025 Masters Tournament).

Rory McIlroy certainly checks the box for me when it comes to key player statistics. Let me be more specific. McIlroy is currently ranked fourth in strokes gained off the tee (0.703), fifth in strokes gained putting (0.647), second in driving distance (320.6), 25th in scrambling (63.39%), fifth in birdie or better percentage (35.67%), and tenth in par five scoring average (4.51) on the PGA Tour.

It is noteworthy that Rory McIlroy has had previous success at the Renaissance Club. McIlroy won the 2023 Genesis Scottish Open.

Upon the completion of this afternoon’s third round of the 2025 Genesis Scottish Open, Rory McIlroy is tied for first place with a three round cumulative score of 11 under par.

Ludvig Aberg $9,300

Ludvig Aberg has compiled two top 16 finishes in his last four tournaments played on the PGA Tour, including a 13th-place result at the 2025 RBC Canadian Open five weeks ago. Additionally, Aberg finished fourth at the 2024 Genesis Scottish Open.

Jake Knapp $7,900

Jake Knapp has amassed seven top 27 finishes in his last 13 events played on the PGA Tour, including a 12th place result at the 2025 Players Championship in March.

Upon the completion of this afternoon’s third round of the 2025 Genesis Scottish Open, Jake Knapp is tied for third place with a three round cumulative score of nine under par.

Brian Harman $7,600

Last month, Brian Harman fired a final round 68 at the 2025 Travelers Championship en route to an eventual eighth-place finish. Harman also finished 12th at the 2023 Genesis Scottish Open.
