This week, Draftkings golf fans will be presented with the 2025 Truist Championship. Let’s take a look at this tournament from a DFS perspective.
Before I dive into my Draftkings player selections for this tournament, let’s take a quick look at the golf course the field will play and the key player statistics that I think are the most vital to a player’s success at this week’s 2025 Truist Championship.

2025 Truist Championship Draftkings Player Selections
Justin Thomas $10,000
Since the beginning of January, Justin Thomas has played ten events on the PGA Tour, in those ten tournaments just mentioned, Thomas compiled five top nine finishes, including a win at the 2025 RBC Heritage two weeks ago.
Justin Thomas certainly checks the box for me when it comes to key player statistics. Thomas is currently ranked seventh in strokes gained approach (0.852), 20th in strokes gained putting (0.459), second in par four scoring average (3.93), first in birdie or better percentage (27.78%) and eighth in total birdies made (192) on the PGA Tour.
For the reasons just outlined above, I am backing Justin Thomas as my lead DFS selection this week. Clearly, Thomas is playing outstanding golf this season. Having stated that, I fully expect that trend to continue at this week’s 2025 Truist Championship.
Collin Morikawa $10,500
Collin Morikawa has tallied six top 17 finishes in his last seven tournaments played on the PGA Tour, including a second-place result at the 2025 Arnold Palmer Invitational in March.
Morikawa is currently ranked 14th in strokes gained off the tee (0.506), third in strokes gained approach (1.090), second in driving accuracy (72.47%), 11th in GIR (greens in regulation-70.04%), second in proximity to the hole (33’6) and ninth in overall putting average (1.705) on the PGA Tour.
Tommy Fleetwood $9,300
Tommy Fleetwood has accumulated five top 16 finishes in his last seven tournaments played on the on the PGA Tour, including a fifth-place result at the 2025 Genesis Invitational in February.
Fleetwood is currently ranked 12th in overall strokes gained (1.202), tenth in strokes gained tee to green (1.087), ninth in strokes gained approach (0.690), 16th in overall putting average (1.708) and 20th in overall scoring average (70.551) on the PGA Tour.
Justin Rose $7,600
The talented Englishman has amassed three top eight finishes in his last seven events played on the PGA Tour, including a second-place result at the 2025 Masters Tournament in April.
Brian Harman $7,500
The 2023 Open champion has compiled two top three finishes in his last three tournaments played on the PGA Tour, including a win at the 2025 Valero Texas Open last month.
In my view, Brian Harman’s low Draftkings price of only $7,500 presents the best fantasy value on this PGA Tour DFS slate.
Additional golfers I like to perform well at this week’s 2025 Truist Championship (Draftkings price noted): Rory McIlroy $12,000: Patrick Cantlay $9,500: Jordan Spieth $9,200: Keegan Bradley $8,100: Corey Conners $8,800.
