Before I dive into my Draftkings player selections for this tournament let’s review the golf course the field will play and the key player statistics that I think are the most vital to a golfer’s success at this week’s 2024 World Wide Technology Championship.

The 2024 World Wide Technology Championship will be played at El Cardonal at Diamante in Los Cabos, Mexico. The golf course is a par 72 that measures approximately 7,452 yards.

2024 World Wide Technology Championship Draftkings Picks
Doug Ghim $9,600
Three weeks ago, Doug Ghim fired a final round 65 at the 2024 Shriners Children’s Open en route to an impressive second place finish.
Due to Doug Ghim’s quality finish at the 2024 Shriners Children’s Open I decided to take a hard look at the relevant player statistics for the tournament to see how Ghim fared relative to the field.
Upon the completion of four rounds of competitive play at the 2024 Shriners Children’s Open, in relation to the field, Doug Ghim ranked first in GIR (greens in regulation-87.5%), second in driving accuracy (73.2%), and first in total birdies made (26).
Additionally, Doug Ghim finished 15th at the 2023 World Wide Technology Championship.
Beau Hossler $9,800
Beau Hossler has compiled three top 23 finishes in his last four tournaments played on the PGA Tour, including an impressive second place result at the 2024 Sanderson Farms Championship last month.
Beau Hossler checks the box for me when it comes to key player statistics. In relation to this week’s 2024 World Wide Technology Championship field, in the last 24 rounds played on the PGA Tour, Hossler ranks tenth in GIR (greens in regulation), tenth in strokes gained tee to green, sixth in birdie or better percentage, and seventh in total Draftkings points scored.
Hossler has posted a quality finish at this week’s PGA Tour event in the past. More specifically, Hossler finished 15th at the 2023 World Wide Technology Championship.
Ben Griffin $9,900
The talented American has accumulated two top 11 finishes in his last three tournaments played on the PGA Tour, including an 11th-place result at the 2024 Black Desert Championship four weeks ago.
It should be noted that Ben Griffin finished 23rd at the 2023 World Wide Technology Championship. I fully expect Griffin to post a much better result at this week’s event. Why? Griffin is a far better golfer now than what he was a year ago.
Additional golfers I like to perform well this week (Draftkings price noted): Matt Kuchar $8,500: Henrik Norlander $7,300: Patton Kizzire $7,600: Austin Eckroat $7,800: Scott Piercy $6,900.
