This week, the PGA Tour travels to Napa, California for the 2023 Fortinet Championship.
Before I discuss my favorite tournament prop bets for the 2023 Fortinet Championship let’s take a look at the current leaders in scoring average on the PGA Tour with that golfer’s average score.
Top Five Golfers in Scoring Average

Now that we have determined who the current leaders in overall scoring average are on the PGA Tour (in this week’s field), let’s shift our focus to my favorite tournament prop bets for the 2023 Fortinet Championship.
Here are three golfers to consider placing on your card to finish in the top ten.
Eric Cole +320
Eric Cole has accumulated two top 25 finishes in his last three tournaments played on the PGA Tour, including a 25th place result at the 2023 BMW Championship three weeks ago.
In the last 24 rounds played on the PGA Tour, relative to this week’s tournament field, Eric Cole ranks tenth in strokes gained putting, tenth in strokes gained approach, and fifth in strokes gained putting.
Cam Davis +230
Cam Davis has accumulated three top ten finishes in his last four tournaments played on the PGA Tour, including a sixth place result at the 2023 FedEx St. Jude Championship four weeks ago.
Cam Davis also finished 17th at the 2022 Fortinet Championship.
Chez Reavie +550
Since the beginning of June, Chez Reavie has played six events on the PGA Tour. In those six tournaments just mentioned, Reavie has accumulated three top 29 finishes, including a fourth place result at the 2023 Travelers Championship.
In summary, I am backing Chez Reavie to top ten at odds of +550.
