Commercial Bank Qatar Masters: DP World Tour Bets, Predictions, Odds 10/26/23

This week, the DP World Tour travels to Doha, Qatar for the 2023 Commercial Bank Qatar Masters.

Before I dive into my favorite golf bets for the 2023 Commerical Bank Qatar Masters let’s take a brief look at the golf course the field will play and the key player statistics that I feel are the most vital to a golfer’s success this week.  

The 2023 Commerical Bank Qatar Masters will be played at the Doha Golf Club in Doha, Qatar. The golf course is a par 72 that measures approximately 7,466 yards. This track will present this week’s field with rather wide generous fairways off the tee. This golf course’s only defense is the wind. Having stated that, if the wind remains calm you can expect the Doha Golf Club to be vulnerable to low scores. Conversly, if high winds are a factor over the four day event you can expect the field to post much higher scores. Keep that in mind as you identify which golfers to bet on this week.

The key player statistics I will be focusing on for this week’s DP World Tour event are the following: driving distance, GIR (greens in regulation), and strokes gained approach.

Two weeks ago, the talented Frenchman fired a first round 65 at the 2023 Open de Espana en route to an eventual ninth place finish.

Additionally, Mike Lorenzo-Vera finished second at the 2019 Commercial Bank Qatar Masters.

Marcel Siem +360

Marcel Siem has accumulated two consecutive top seven finishes on the DP World Tour, including a seventh place result at last week’s 2023 Andulcia Masters.

Marcel Siem has also posted quality results at the Doha Golf Club previously. Siem finished 12th at the 2012 Commerical Bank Qatar Masters.

In summary, I am backing Marcel Siem to post a top 20 finish at odds of +360.
