Best MLB Prop Bets Today (9/3/21)
It’s another full slate of MLB games on Friday and this is a solid slate in terms of MLB prop bets. Let’s take a look a the best MLB prop bets to make your Friday a winning one.
New York Yankees under 5.5 runs (-125)
The New York Yankees have scored four runs each of their last two games, and I expect them to finish at three or four runs in this game. John Means gets the start for the Orioles and over his last two starts he has given up five runs total. Look for Means to lock down the Yankees, and the under 5.5 runs will cash.
Houston Astros to score in the first inning (+180)
The Houston Astros are going to get out to a fast start with their offense in this game. Jake Arrieta gets the start for the San Diego Padres and he has been awful this year. In Arrieta’s last start he gave up seven runs and five hits. The Astros should score a couple of runs in the first inning.
Texas Rangers under 2.5 runs (+120)
The Texas Rangers have one of the worst offenses in baseball and although the offense has been better the last few, they now have a tough matchup against Shohei Ohtani who sits with an 8-1 record and an ERA of 3.00. I actually think the Rangers will be shutout in this game.
St. Louis Cardinals, Milwaukee Brewers, neither team to reach four runs (+260)
This game between the St. Louis Cardinals and Milwaukee Brewers are going to be locked into a pitchers duel. Adam Wainwright and Freddy Peralta both have ERA’s under three, and they are both going to lockdown. The Brewers only scored one run on Thursday and htis game will be 2-1 or 3-1.
