The Los Angeles Angels and the Houston Astros square off Friday in MLB action from Minute Maid Park. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best bets for this game. Here’s a Houston Astros vs LA Angels Prediction.

The Los Angeles Angels will send out Tyler Anderson for the start here and Anderson is 10-13 with a 3.60 ERA and 136 strikeouts this season. Los Angeles Angels Recap

The Los Angeles Angels come into this one looking to bounce back after starting the series with a 3-1 loss in Thursday’s series opener. The loss put the Angels behind the 8-ball early in terms of trying to build on their series win over the White Sox from earlier in the week.

Houston Astros vs LA Angels Prediction

I’m on the Astros here. I know Verlander hasn’t necessarily been at his best as of late, and Anderson’s been a pitcher that’s been able to provide some value for the Angels in some spots. However, the Astros are rounding into playoff mode and a late win on Thursday just goes to show that at this time of year, the Astros just find ways to get the job done. I’ll side with Houston in this one.
