Mariners vs Yankees Prediction
Kirby was strong in his season debut, but he was hittable last season and that’s scary going up against this Yankees lineup. The Yankees’ pitching is downright dismal out of the gate and not a unit I’m excited to step in front of. Schlittler is coming off a fantastic 73 frames last year and he picked up where he left off, giving the Giants 5.1 shutout innings. I’d need more bang for my buck to look in the Mariners’ direction. The Yankees and the cheap price feel like a steal. Give me the Yankees to keep this thing going.
