Freeman also has 14 doubles to lead the Dodgers while Mookie Betts has a team-high 8 home runs. The Dodgers did not have a starting pitcher announced at the time that this article was posted. 

The Philadelphia Phillies will look to keep up the strong play over the Dodgers from last weekend’s set. Bryce Harper leads the Phillies with 40 hits including 14 doubles, 9 home runs and 27 RBIs while Nick Castellanos has 38 hits with 9 doubles and 21 RBIs. Kyle Schwarber also has 9 home runs and 21 RBIs as well while Alec Bohm’s posting a .300 batting average so far this season. Aaron Nola will start here for the Phillies and is 1-4 with a 3.64 ERA and 55 strikeouts this season.

I get the case to be made for the Phillies with Aaron Nola on the bump, as he’s supposed to be one of the best pitchers in Philadelphia’s rotation. However, the Phillies have lost Nola’s last seven starts as a team and it’s unexplainable as to why that is but it is what it is. The Dodgers are just the better lineup from top to bottom here and until the Phillies can really show that they’re capable of winning with Nola on the hill, there’s no backing them, even with a slim price or plus money. Give me the Dodgers in this one.
