It’s hard to find confidence in the Yankees with the way they’ve played over the last month and looking lifeless in a sweep to the Marlins. Fried is also coming off a rough July where he allowed 25 hits and 16 earned runs in 26 innings. However, the Yankees are still a good team on paper and Fried has still been one of the best pitchers in baseball. Even with improved play, Corbin has been so awful over the last four years, I still have a hard time backing him. The price is reasonable. I’ll back the Yankees for a much-needed win.
