Reds vs Brewers Prediction
We’re getting even money with a Brewers team that’s won seven straight games, and that’s enough for me. The Reds have underachieved all year, and they’re just not a team I’m excited to back in the favorite role. Civale hasn’t been great through 12 innings, but the sample size is small enough to give him the benefit of the doubt. We’ve seen Civale pitch at an above-average level. Singer is coming off a rough May where he allowed 31 hits and 18 runs in 25.1 innings. Singer had 11 walks with 13 strikeouts in those frames. Two shaky pitchers, but the Brewers are the hottest team in baseball over the last week. I’ll take the more favorable price.
