Chicago White Sox Recap
The Chicago White Sox come into this game looking to build on their 6-5 extra innings win over the Cardinals on Saturday. Chicago jumped out to an early 3-0 lead but found themselves behind in the 5th before tying things up in the following inning and getting the win in the 10th to secure just their second road win of the season, giving the White Sox a chance at a series win to bounce back from being swept against the Twins to start the week.

Gavin Sheets leads the White Sox with 25 hits and a .260 batting average along with a team-high 8 doubles while Andrew Benintendi has 3 home runs of his own along with a team-high 13 RBIs. Paul DeJong also has 3 home runs with 5 doubles while Braden Shewmake has a team-high 4 stolen bases as well this season.

St. Louis Cardinals vs Chicago White Sox Prediction
I’m on the Cardinals here. Obviously, it would be nice if we knew who the Cardinals were sending to the mound here, but I don’t think it’s a fluke or coincidence that this White Sox team has just two wins on the road this season. The offense is wildly inconsistent and any time it is consistent, it’s usually the White Sox struggling to put two and two together. Crochet was showing some signs of promise early on this season but he’s been getting hit fairly hard in a lot of his recent outings and I think the Cardinals get the win in this one.
