The New York Knicks and the San Antonio Spurs collide at the AT& Center on Tuesday night.

The New York Knicks have been in great form as they’ve won seven of their past nine games and they will be looking to build on a current three-game win streak after routing the Pistons in a 109-90 road win on Sunday. Julius Randle led the team with 25 points, eight rebounds and six assists, RJ Barrett added 21 points, Alec Burks scored 16 points off the bench while Derrick Rose chipped in with 14 points and five assists. As a team, the Knicks shot 51 percent from the field and 13 of 26 from the 3-point line as they held the Pistons to just 37 points in the first half, before pouring in 35 points in the third quarter to push the lead out to 24 points.

Meanwhile, the San Antonio Spurs have been in decent form as they’ve won six of their past nine games, but they will be hoping to bounce back after getting routed by the Nets in a 124-113 overtime loss last night. DeMar DeRozan led the team with 22 points and 11 assists, Dejounte Murray added 19 points with eight assists, Lonnie Walker added 19 points while Jakob Poeltl and Patty Mills each scored 14 points. As a team, the Spurs shot 45 percent from the field and 15 of 35 from the 3-point line as they extended the game thanks to a buzzer-beater from Murray, only to get blown out in the overtime period where they managed just five points.

Looking at the betting trends, the Knicks are 4-1 ATS in their last five road games and 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games overall. The Spurs are 4-1 ATS in their last five Tuesday games and 5-2 ATS in their last seven games overall.

Head to head, the over is 7-1-1 in the last nine meetings in San Antonio.

The Knicks have been one of the surprises of the season as they’ve been in great form and they will be full of confidence following their blowout win over the Pistons, while the Spurs have lost two of their last three games and will still be licking their wounds after last night’s overtime loss to the Nets. This should be a close one, but there’s so much to like about the Knicks right now as they’re playing great defense and they’re getting plenty of production from Randle and Rose. The Knicks are 4-1 ATS in their last five road games and I think that trend continues here as they escape with the win.
