The Golden State Warriors invade the TD Garden to do battle with the Boston Celtics on Saturday night.

The Golden State Warriors have been a team on the rise as they’ve won five of their past six games overall and they will be looking to build on their current four-game win streak after beating the Cavaliers in a 119-101 road win on Thursday. Stephen Curry led the team with 33 points and five assists on 12 of 25 shooting, Andrew Wiggins added 23 points with six assists while Jordan Toscano-Anderson chipped in with 20 points on eight of nine shooting off the bench. As a team, the Warriors shot 51 percent from the field and 17 of 46 from the 3-point line as they outscored the Cavaliers by 35-21 in the second quarter to take an 11-point lead into halftime, before pouring in 30 points in the fourth quarter to blow the margin out to 22 points.

Meanwhile, the Boston Celtics have been in red-hot form lately as they’ve won seven of their past eight games and they will be aiming for a sixth straight victory after outlasting the Lakers in a 121-113 road win on Thursday. Jaylen Brown led the team with 40 points, nine rebounds and three assists on 17 of 20 shooting, Marcus Smart and Payton Pritchard each scored 15 points while Tristan Thompson and Jayson Tatum each scored 14 points. As a team, the Celtics shot a healthy 56 percent from the field and 14 of 32 from the 3-point line as they rode the hot hand of Brown to lead by as many as 27 points in the fourth quarter, before hanging on for the narrow win as the Lakers rallied to cut the lead to just five points late.

Looking at the betting trends, the Warriors are 2-5 ATS in their last seven road games, 2-7 ATS in their last nine games as an underdog and 4-0 ATS in their last four games overall. The Celtics are 3-7-1 ATS in their last 11 home games, 3-0-1 ATS in their last four games following a win and 3-0-1 ATS in their last four games overall.

Head to head, the under is 21-7 in the last 28 meetings overall and the Warriors are 3-9-1 ATS in the last 13 meetings overall.

Kelly Oubre Jr. is listed as questionable, while Eric Paschall is still listed as out so the Warriors, while the Celtics will still be without Evan Fournier who is sitting out due to health and safety protocols. The Warriors are coming into this game with plenty of momentum and it’s no surprise that it’s been Stephen Curry leading the way and the Celtics are coming into this game even hotter with Brown coming into this one fresh off a 40-point performance. I’m expecting a close contest here, but there’s just a little more to like about the Celtics at home in this one.
