The Cleveland Cavaliers and the Chicago Bulls duke it out at the United Center on Saturday night. Here’s a Bulls vs Cavs Prediction.

Cleveland Cavaliers

The Cleveland Cavaliers have been in decent shape as they were on a three-game win streak before they got routed by the Pelicans in a 123-104 loss on Thursday. Dean Wade led the team with 20 points, nine rebounds and two blocks, Isaac Okoro added 16 points on seven of 10 shooting while Jarrett Allen chipped in with 14 points on seven of eight shooting. As a team, the Cavaliers shot 47 percent from the field and 17 of 44 from the 3-point line as they just never looked in the contest after allowing 36 points in the first quarter and getting outscored in every quarter after. Max Strus had a rough game as he finished with just 13 points on four of 16 shooting while Sam Merrill finished scoreless on zero of four shooting.

Cleveland Cavaliers Team Facts

  • The Cavaliers have won each of their last 13 games against Central Division opponents that held a losing record.
  • The favorites have covered the spread in eight of the Cavaliers’ last nine games.
  • Each of the Cavaliers’ last four games have gone OVER the total points line.

Chicago Bulls

Meanwhile, the Chicago Bulls have been in great form as they’ve won eight of their last 11 games and they will be aiming for a fourth straight victory after routing the Spurs in a 114-95 home win on Thursday. Coby White led the team with 22 points, six rebounds and five assists, DeMar DeRozan added 21 points with five assists while Patrick Williams chipped in with 18 points on seven of 11 shooting. As a team, the Bulls shot 54 percent from the field and seven of 28 from the 3-point line as they traded with the pesky Spurs in tight contest, until the fourth quarter where they broke free with 37 points to make it a blowout in the end.

Bulls vs Cavs Prediction

The Cavaliers are still without Darius Garland, Ty Jerome and Donovan Mitchell, while the Bulls have ruled out Torrey Craig, and Zach LaVine once again. The Cavaliers were good enough to continue to collect wins despite a growing injury list, but it’s going to be tough to compete in this one without so many key players. The Bulls have quietly been one of the form teams in the league lately and they just reeled off a third straight win by blowing past the Spurs in their last outing. With the Cavaliers severely shorthanded, I have to go with the Bulls to continue their strong form with another win and cover at home behind a big game from DeRozan.
