It’s an action-packed day in the NBA, and for our first prop picks, we have the Clippers vs Cavaliers Player Prop Bets on Monday, January 29. The Los Angeles Clippers visit Ohio searching for the sixth consecutive win, while the Cleveland Cavaliers are looking for the seventh home win in a row.

Clippers vs Cavaliers Player Prop Bets – James Harden Over 27.5 Points and Assists (-114)

James Harden is the team’s top assist-maker with 8.6 apg, and in the last few weeks, he excellent in that department. Namely, The Beard registered 10+ dishes in nine of the previous 14 games, while he even got a triple-double two games ago against the Raptors.

Clearly, Harden’s usage dropped with the Clippers, so he’s averaging 17.2 ppg, but the Clippers don’t need him to score 30 points per game as they already have prolific scorers in Kawhi Leonard and Paul George. Apart from the most recent blowout win over Boston, in which Harden combined for 16 PTS and AST but in season-low 27 minutes on the floor, he had 20+10 in three straight games.

Cleveland does have one of the toughest defenses in the NBA. The Cavs are the second-best when it comes to defense against assists, allowing 24.0 apg. They also allow the league-lowest 7.40 apg to the opposing point guards, but I have faith in Harden to deliver. The Clippers scored 115+ points in each of the last five games. In 30 career games against the Cavs, Harden averages 25.1 ppg and 8.2 apg.

Jarrett Allen Over 10.5 Rebounds (-114)

Jarrett Allen has been phenomenal of late. I won a few consecutive bets on him, and I don’t plan to stop now. Not even when I know that Evan Mobley returns to the starting lineup in this game. Mobley has been sidelined with a knee injury, and Allen was the team’s top rebounder in his absence.

Allen averages 10.4 rpg, while Mobley averages 10.5 rpg this season. However, Mobley will play around 20 minutes in his first game since early December. That gives me hope that Allen will continue with his excellent displays.

Allen recorded 11+ rebounds in 14 straight games, all of which resulted in a double-double for the former Brooklyn Net. Even if his run stops tonight, I will not be mad at him. After all, he was a constant winning pick lately. Allen averages 10.0 rpg in ten career games against the Clippers, who allowed 13.9 rpg to the opposing centers this year.

I am pretty positive that both picks from the Clippers vs Cavaliers Player Prop Bets will hit. For more NBA prop picks, make sure to check out the Pelicans vs Celtics Player Prop Bets for Monday, January 29.
